AOG Coordinator

Work description:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform all functions related to buying and repair of materials on a daily basis including sourcing, writing purchase orders, and generating repair orders;
  • Determining most appropriate logistical need to transport parts to grounded aircraft including courier, charter, or standard shipping methods;
  • Immediate reaction and organization of material support for AOG (Aircraft On Ground) situations;
  • Coordinate with maintenance control to make certain that all materials arrive in anticipation of changes in planned maintenance;
  • Tracking shipment orders for delivery;

Powerplant Engineer

Work description:

WORK DESCRIPTION:

Avion Express currently looking for a Powerplant Engineer to join the expanding Engineering Team. Powerplant Engineer will be responsible for carrying out Engineering requirements relating to the aircraft Engines and Auxiliary Power Units (APUs),  review airworthiness data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, provide advice and guidance related to troubleshooting and exploring defects, as well as analyse engine data to provide reports and any associated documentation required by the Management Team.

DUTIES:

  • Manage and control Engine Trend Monitoring Results and prepare monthly reports;
  • Control Life Limited / Hard Time parts of Power Plant, APU including Back-to-birth files creation;
  • Assist with maintenance in troubleshooting and part number applicability;
  • Develop, manage and control that all applicable AD’s, Operational Directives with a continuing airworthiness impact and Mandatory Service Bulletins are applied (Power Plant, APU);
  • Develop, manage and control non-mandatory Service Bulletins review and implementation if necessary (Power Plant, APU);
  • Create Engineering Orders (Power Plant, APU);
  • Update information in OASES database in accordance with the field of responsibility;
  • Plan the engine’s shop visit;
  • Assist with preparation of work scope for an engine change.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of EASA rules and regulations, Part-145 and Part-M
  • Good knowledge of English language;
  • Fuel tank safety training / Part-M training / Human factor training
  • General knowledge of relevant Engine types (CFM56 / IAE )
  • At least 3 years’ experience in CAMO activities

HR Administrator

Work description:

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties will include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases. You should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.

DUTIES:

  • Preparation and administration of HR-related documentation;
  • Administration of HR records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, working time accounting; tracking vacation, sick leaves etc.;
  • Consulting employees on HR services, working time planning, payroll and working time accounting;
  • Assistance in staffing and recruiting, including job posting, resume reviews, candidate communication, scheduling, background screening, offer letter generation and preliminary on-boarding;

Operations Engineer

Work description:

DESCRIPTION:

Operations Engineer will directly report to Operations Engineering Manager and will be a significant part of Operations Engineering unit. An employee will tightly cooperate with peers – Operations, Weight & Balance and Performance Engineers, as well as with Chief Pilot, Base Captains and other pilots to help build and maintain Operations Engineering structure on a high level, which brings vast contribution to Avion Express continuous rapid growth.

DUTIES:

  • Full technical customization and revision storage of the Flight Operations documents;
  • Flight Operations document follow-up and distribution to the Avion Express Intranet, Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) System and aircraft library;
  • Collection and data processing of CATII/III reports;
  • Aircraft relevant FMS navigational database creation and distribution;
  • Full EFB System administration;
  • Maintaining proper information and task sharing with Technical Pilot about technical documentation changes;
  • Providing proper information to the Operations Engineering Manager for the establishment of the standard operating procedures in relation to the EFB-System, whenever amendments are implemented;
  • Providing proper information to the Head of Training for the implementation of related procedures in the respective training modules, whenever amendments to the system are made and coordinated with the Operations Engineering Manager;
  • Dissemination of safety and/or operationally relevant information to the Operations Engineering Manager and other flight operations department managers;
  • Follow up applicable regulatory requirements, manufacturers communication and other relevant information from external sources within the area of his/her responsibility;
  • Safety performance, assurance of security and integrity of EFB system(s) and relevant data, as well as all functions within the area of his/her responsibility;
  • Promotion of safety awareness, reporting and feedback in the area of his/her responsibility;
  • Other relevant tasks and duties as may be required and duly notified by the Operations Engineering Manager and/or Head of Flight Operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in transport engineering or equivalent background (University degree in Aviation or final years in aviation institute would be an advantage);
  • Experience in airline operations and/or technical documentation management would be an advantage;

CADET PROGRAMME AT BAA TRAINING

Work description:

Avion Express together with BAA Training, one of the leading aviation training centres in Northern Europe, created a pilot training programme for people with little to no flying experience to meet the constantly growing demand for new pilots.

After successfully completing the ATPL (frozen) course, pilots will have a chance to join Avion Express.

Maintenance Planning Engineer

Work description:

DUTIES:

  • Planning and control of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of company fleet aircrafts;
  • Maintenance work orders preparation and issue;
  • Preparation of tools, parts and materials list required to perform scheduled work orders;
  • Checking the accomplished work orders for proper filling in accordance with legislation;
