Work description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Technical troubleshooting on workstations (hardware, operational systems

and applications), phones, conference room equipment, etc.;

– Internal users support (solving of IT issues, users consulting);

– Basic applications support (user management, standard settings setup,

administration tasks etc.);

– Applications backup and restore procedures setup and tests;

– Routine administration tasks automatization (e.g. scripts/workflows

creation).

REQUIREMENTS:

– 1-2 years of experience in similar role;

– Microsoft Windows operational systems administration experience;

OPTIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES WOULD GREATLY

CONTRIBUTE IN THE ROLE:

– Mac OS, iOS, Android operation systems administration;

– Office 365 administration;

– Experience in SharePoint or similar platform support;

Junior MCC Controller

Work description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Technical airplane paperwork entering into computer system

– Liaise with maintenance organization on noticed mistakes in filled

paperwork, monitor timely correction of the documentation.

– Assistance with Daily update and distribute aircraft statuses which

are to be viewed by other departments in the company and Part145

– organizations maintaining company airplanes.

– Assistance to MCC controller with other daily tasks

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

– Student of Aviation Mechanics or Aviation Electronics or 1 year

experience in maintenance;

– Aeronautical degree as mechanics or avionics engineer would be

advantage

– Good knowledge of English language (spoken and written);

– Computer skills;

  • Long/ short term crew planning;
  • Calculating and monitoring crew duties according flight time limitations (EASA FTL/ Company manuals) ;
  • Direct communication with crew members, information providing;
  • Worldwide logistic arrangements for crew members;
  • Crew Qualifications monitoring;
  • Crew training records administration;
  • Crew planning system administration;
  • Other relevant duties according operational needs.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Good communication and team working skills;

  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple tasks;

Airbus A320 Pilots

Work description:
    Avion Express is looking for A320 pilots for ACMI operations in European bases.

Pilot in command:

  • A320 type rated and currently flying the A320;
  • Minimum 3000 hours total time;
  • Minimum 500 Command hours on A320;
  • EASA/JAR-FCL-ATPL;
  • Class 1 medical;
  • English ICAO level 4;
  • Right to live and work in EU.

First officer:

  • A320 type rated and currently flying the A320;
  • Minimum 1000 hours total time;
  • Minimum 500 hours on A320;
  • EASA/JAR-FCL-ATPL / ATPL frozen;
  • Class 1 medical;
  • English ICAO level 4;
  • Right to live and work in EU.

Flight Operation Assistant

Work description:

DUTIES:

  • Worldwide flight planning;
  • Arranging over flight/landing permissions, ground handling, slots, fuel, hotac, catering and transport;
  • Maintaining and monitoring crew flight time limitations according to EU-OPS Subpart Q requirements and the company operations manuals;
  • Extensive use of Eurocontrol flight monitoring tools;
  • Maintain and update operations management systems during whole shift;

  • A good understanding of aircraft performance, weight and balance;

  • Good communication and team working skills;
  • Flexible self-starter, able to work using initiative;
  • Ability to work under the pressure;
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Languages: Fluent English essential, other languages an advantage;

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in commercial aviation is preferred but corporate aviation experience will be considered.
  • The ideal candidate must be well organized with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure alone and in a team, maintaining a polite and professional manner at all times.
